James, the founder, has extensive fitness and nutrition knowledge gained with a solid grounding in fitness from working in a number of big gym chains (LA fitness, Virgin Active and Golds gym) as personal trainer and also in management roles. Ultimately James’s passion is helping people perform and achieve their physical goals. By focusing on both nutrition and training, combined with a positive mindfulness approach, James creates consistency and habits that will stay with you in the longterm.

At Stimulate Body Training we offer a diverse range of training options to suit all levels of fitness and capabilities. Our focus includes general fitness, pre & post natal fitness, weights, body Conditioning & strength training, HIT (high Intensity Training) & circuits to name a few.
After graduating from university with a sports science with human biology degree in 2004 I pursued a career in the fitness industry. Over the years I’ve gained a number of other fitness qualifications to help me develop but as a trainer you should always be trying to improve your knowledge to give the best workouts and results for clients. I worked at a number of big gym chains as either as a fitness trainer or class instructor with brands such as LA fitness, Virgin Active and Golds gym. I’ve also held management roles within health clubs, but didn’t really enjoy them as it took me away from my passion which is to help people perform and achieve their physical goals. I have also taught and trained at smaller independent gyms as well as corporate set ups such as SKY. Helping a variety of individuals with their goals over the years has helped me to provide and give the best results to achieve. I’m very much a believer in positive mind produces positive results and I my aim is to try to achieve that with every session. Being able to train different individuals with all types of abilities has been the best way of finding principles that work and help you achieve your goals. No matter how you feel before a workout the aim is to feel better than before at the end.
